This approach helps reduce waste, minimizes overproduction, and allows us to offer a wider variety of styles and designs without compromising on our values. It’s better for the planet and better for our growing community — but it does mean returns and exchanges work a little differently.
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Printful, and we follow their return and refund policy. Here’s what to know:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to let us know if your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Just email support@joinnuvillage.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll work with Printful to make it right.
Because each item is made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like buyers remorse, choosing the wrong size, color, or style. Please check our sizing guide carefully before ordering — it really helps!
If your item qualifies for a refund due to a printing or fulfillment issue, we’ll issue it back to your original payment method once confirmed.
If a return is required due to a Printful error, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, we aren’t able to accept returns.
